My approach is based upon principles of mindfulness and meditation, cultivating practical techniques for nurturing awareness, wisdom, growth, and compassion.
Inner Joy Mind is mindfulness based life coaching and resiliency practice that was developed as a suite of training strategies for individuals and groups of all kinds. The curriculum developed out of my experience working with Veterans with PTSD @ Road Home program in 2018. With an educational background in Philosophy (BA/MA) and Teaching Art (MAT), and a professional background in social work, I have a unique perspective to help you create the life you imagine, with a renewed and vital sense of self and realization.
